Mind Matters

RESILIENCE TRAINING COURSE AGREEMENT

In every successful collaboration, there has to be trust. Trust that each party has the other party’s best interests at heart. Trust that both sides will keep their commitments. Trust that concerns and challenges will be dealt with quickly and kindly.

Thank you for trusting us with helping you to become more resilient to stress. In return, we're trusting you to give this your best over the next 9 weeks.

Out of respect for that trust, we want to be clear about what our team and we are going to deliver to you and what we’re expecting from you in return. Please look over this agreement and sign below. If you have any concerns or questions, let us know.

We will:

  • Work with you inside the virtual "Resilience Training for Researchers" to help you develop a deep understanding of the concept of resilience and its drivers, learn and apply practical research-based techniques to increase your level of resilience.
  • Hold you to a higher standard than you hold yourself and keep you accountable to deliver your best results.
  • Connect you with your community of fellow researchers 24/7 in The Seminar Room – our private online community.
  • Have a weekly virtual live workshop with you and your fellow researchers every Monday for 9 weeks, so you don’t finish this training with a list of things you want and might do, but you finish it with results.
  • Provide feedback on your assignments inside The Seminar Room and during the virtual live Workshops, question them as needed, then guide you to take them to the next level.
  • Provide you with the tools, techniques and guidance to give you a clear path from where you are now, to where you want to be.
  • Provide you with an official course certificate provided you joined all 9 workshops and completed all assignments to the best of your ability.
  • Keep your personal information confidential.
  • Listen to you. We will be accessible and respond to your requests within 24 hours on weekdays.
  • Treat you always with respect and care in every interaction and work to bring the best out of you.

You will:

  • Keep your 9-week commitment to this training and respect the investment your institution is making to provide you with this opportunity. This means doing the work, showing up for the workshops, replying to emails, interacting with other members, and completing your course assignments on time and in full in the Seminar Room. No excuses.
  • Be quick to implement, quick to ask for help when you need it, complete your asssignments and share your wins and lessons learned at the end of each week in the Seminar Room.
  • Be willing to invest your time and mental energy to implement the tools and techniques even if you don’t get it perfect the first time you try.
  • Respect our Intellectual Property. That means you may use our materials for your own use, but not share it with others neither in private nor in public. It also means that you do not share your log-in details with others or provide them with access to our materials in a different manner.
  • Respect and keep confidential information shared by other participants unless this information is freely publicly accessible. We take confidentiality extremely serious: so this means you can not discuss anything shared during the workshops or in the Seminar Room with others (including, but not limited to family, friends, colleagues or anyone else) even if they are or have been participating in this training. What is shared (no matter by whom) remains confidential.
  • Treat our team and the other participants with respect in every interaction.

By signing below, you agree to the above and the full Terms of Use for the Resilience Training for Researchers which can be accessed at any time here: https://members.mindmatters.pro/p/terms

By signing below, you also acknowledge that Mind Matters is acting as a coach and trainer and not as a licensed health care practitioner or other licensed specialists (including, but not limited to a medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist or counselor).
