Workshops & Masterclasses:
A Format to Match Every Purpose

Transforming PhD and Post-Doctoral Researcher

Careers with Measurable Behavioral Change

No one size fits all, but one shape holds across all nine: the effort concentrates into one or two intensive live days, and the change is carried by what surrounds them, pre-work, short daily practice, a follow-up touchpoint, because a single unreinforced event changes nothing, and we would rather tell you that than sell you one.

What makes a workshop a workshop

All nine share one shape. A kickoff sets the work in motion. The heart of it is one or two intensive live days. Around those days sit the supporting elements that actually make change happen: a little preparation beforehand, self-tracking or short practice through the middle, and follow-up touchpoints that turn a good day in a room into something that lands. That combination is deliberate, because a single event, however good, generates a nice feeling and little else. The supporting structure is what produces the real insight and gives change its impulse.

This is also what sets the workshops apart from our two flagships. Fast Forward and the Resilience Training are longer bodies of work, with the effort spread across weekly sessions, coaching and community. A workshop is the opposite arrangement: the effort concentrates into the live days, and everything around them exists to support that concentrated experience, not to add more of it. Different tool, different job.

The nine workshops

Nine workshops, not nine formats. Each is built the same way, a kickoff, one or two intensive live days at its heart, self-tracking or short practice to carry it, and follow-up to make it land. What differs is the pattern each one works on, never the shape.

Wellbeing

The Resilience Workshop

One PRI assessment, two outcomes: a personal starting point for every researcher and a benchmarked picture for leadership.

Wellbeing

Recovery is training, not reward. Periodise a research career the way sport periodises a season.

Productivity

Working with Your Supervisor

The oldest apprenticeship, minus its safeguards. Two days that rebuild them from below.

Productivity

Perfectionism

For researchers who understand every productivity tool and still cannot press submit.

Wellbeing

Imposter Syndrome

Cross-examine the fraud story: where it was written, and how to challenge it with evidence.

Productivity

Finding Focus with ADD/ADHD

Understand how your attention actually works, test evidence-based strategies against your own data, and leave with a roadmap you designed.

Productivity

Focus & Attention

The instrument every other research skill runs on: baseline data, two days in person, then a four-week block of daily guided practice.

Wellbeing

Sleep Masterclass

Find out whether your late nights are biology or habit. They need opposite fixes.

Wellbeing

Working with Your Biology

Find your real rhythms from your own tracking data, then rebuild your working week around them.

For coordinators

Every workshop runs as a closed course for your own institution: a coordinator books it for their researchers, and the cohort is entirely your people, not a mix from elsewhere. Seats are priced on a sliding scale tied to your annual volume. Tell us the objective first, awareness, impulse, or measured change, and we will tell you plainly which format fits, including when the answer is a talk rather than a training.

Bring us the objective. We will match the format.

A 20-minute call, and bring the hardest question you have.
