We want to make sure that your name appears on the certificate exactly the way you would like it to appear, i.e. middle names, new surname etc. if you recently got married (please note that we don't add titles only names)

If we don't receive feedback from you until the deadline, your name will appear on the certificate the way we received your details from your coordination office.
