Mind Matters

Thank you for joining us a tutor during the Resilience Training for Researchers to support other researchers in building their resilience. In turn, we will support you while you continue to build your own resilience.

Out of respect for that trust, we want to be clear about what our team and we are going to deliver to you and what we’re expecting from you in return. Please look over this agreement and sign below. If you have any concerns or questions, let us know.

We will:

  • Invite you to the weekly virtual live workshop with you and your fellow researchers every week for 9 weeks, so that you can continue to work on your resilience.
  • Provide feedback on your assignments inside The Seminar Room and during the virtual live Workshops, question them as needed, then guide you to take them to the next level.
  • Hold you to a higher standard than you hold yourself and keep you accountable to deliver your best results.
  • Support you with up to two 1-1 coaching sessions with Paul during the nine weeks of the training.
  • Treat you always with respect and care in every interaction and work to bring the best out of you.

You will:

  • Keep your 9-week tutoring commitment to this training. This means participating in the workshop and interacting with the other participants in the Seminar Room (i.e. commenting on their posts and assignments every week, sharing your experience or any resources that you have come across that may be helpful).
  • Be quick to implement, quick to ask for help when you need it, and share your wins and lessons learned at the end of each week.
  • Be willing to invest your time and mental energy to implement the tools and techniques and support the other participants in doing so.
  • Respect our Intellectual Property. That means you may use our materials for your own use, but not share it with others neither in private nor in public. It also means that you do not share your log-in details with others or provide them with access to our materials in a different manner.
  • Respect and keep confidential any information shared by other participants unless this information is freely publicly accessible. We take confidentiality extremely serious: so this means you can not discuss anything shared during the workshops or in the Seminar Room with others (including, but not limited to family, friends, colleagues or anyone else) even if they are or have been participating in this training. What is shared (no matter by whom) remains confidential.
  • Treat our team and the other participants with respect in every interaction.

By signing below, you agree to the above and the full Terms of Use for the Resilience Training for Researchers which can be accessed at any time here: https://members.mindmatters.pro/p/terms

By signing below, you also acknowledge that Mind Matters is acting as a coach and trainer and not as a licensed health care practitioner or other licensed specialists (including, but not limited to a medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist or counselor). You understand and agree that coaching and training is not to be construed as, or substituted for advice, instruction or treatment from a licensed healthcare practitioner.
