We start with establishing a baseline, using a scientifically validated diagnostic that measures your current level of resilience across six domains: vision, composure, reasoning, health, tenacity and collaboration.
Using this baseline, we will map out a resilience program tailored to your needs and your goals. 

Straight Talk uses a combination of one-on-one coaching, self-paced learning and microtasks that allows you to integrate the program into your busy schedule and make measurable progress during the next 90 days.
