Thank you for trusting me with helping you to reach new levels of productivity in your research projects. In return, I’m trusting you to give this your best over the next 7 weeks.

And out of respect for that trust, I want to be clear about what me and your team are going to deliver to you and what we’re expecting from you in return. Please look over this agreement and sign below. If you have any concerns or questions, let us know. 

We will:

• Work with you through our Fast Forward Implementation Program online to train you in agile project management and productivity help you to apply the tools and techniques in your research projects.
• Hold you to a higher standard than you hold yourself and keep you accountable to deliver your best results.
• Connect you with your community of fellow researchers 24/7 in The Seminar Room – the Fast Forward private online community.
• Have a weekly Live Q&A Session with you and your fellow researchers every week for 7 weeks, so you don’t finish this course with a list of things you want and might do, but you finish it with work done. Plus, you will never be more than 7 days away from the answers you need.
• Provide feedback on your assignments inside The Seminar Room and the Live Sessions, question them as needed, then guide you to take them to the next level
• Provide you with the tools, techniques and guidance to provide you with a clear path from where you are now, to where you want to be.
• Provide you with an official course certificate once you completed all online modules, joined at least 6 out of the 7 Live Q&A sessions and completed all assignments to the best of your ability. If you are a PhD student, your university will award you with the agreed number of credits upon meeting the aforementioned requirements (please check with them beforehand).
• Listen to you. We will be accessible and respond to your requests within 24 hours on weekdays.
• Treat you always with respect and care in every interaction and work to bring the best out of you.

You will:

• Keep your 7-week commitment to this program and respect the investment your institution is making to provide you with this opportunity. This means doing the work, showing up for calls, replying to emails, interacting with other members, and completing your course assignments on time and in full. No excuses.
• Be quick to implement, quick to ask for help when you need it, and quick to share your wins and lessons learned.
• Be pro-active in communicating any obstacles that may prevent you from joining any of the Q&A sessions or from submitting your assignments in time. We can only help, if we know there is a challenge.
• Be willing to invest your time and mental energy into implement the tools and techniques in your research projects even if you don’t get it perfect the first time you try.
• Respect our Intellectual Property. That means you may use our materials for your own projects, but not share it with others or in public. It also means that you do not share your log-in details with others or provide them with access to our materials in a different manner.
• Respect and keep confidential information shared by the other participating researchers in the group unless this information is freely publicly accessible.
• Treat our team, the tutors and the other participating researchers with respect in every interaction.
