This advanced training enables you to apply the PRI within group, team, and organizational contexts and use it as a foundation to design and measure the effectiveness of your training programs. You will have 12 months to complete the Advanced Training following the completion of the Core Training.

The Practice Labs and the Client Case Study Workshop will help you build experience and confidence in debriefing the PRI and co-creating the development journey with your clients. Included in the PRI Certification is the debrief of your own PRI report by one of the other participants. This form requests consent for us to share your PRI report with the participant who will be debriefing your profile as your coach, as well as consent for the workshop to be recorded and uploaded to the members area so that you can revisit the workshops later on.

Consent for sharing my PRI profile with my training partners during the Certification Training*

I give permission for my PRI report to be shared with the participant who will be leading my debrief session in the Practice lab. Further I consent to a third participants and/or Paul or Nadine to be present during the debrief as an observer to provide feedback to the coach.
